Limited Edition OAKEN THRONE issue #6 Boxset

Oaken Throne presented as you have never seen it before. Athens, Georgia-based tattoo artist and Oaken Throne contributing illustrator (issue 5 & 6), Chris Parry (www.sinisterillustration.com), has put together a stunning limited edition package to celebrate the final issue of the zine that Aquarius Records(San Francisco) called, "easily the best magazine devoted to underground black metal and strange heavy musicks."
 
This hand-assembled limited edition comes housed in a hand-stained, black felt-lined pine box with antique-style hinges and closing latch. Upon the box top, burned into the wood by Chris' patient hand, is the alchemical symbol for brimstone.

Included in this special edition is an issue of Oaken Throne #6 and the accompanying CD featuring articles on and music from: Akitsa(Canada), Aluk Todolo(France), Avsky(Sweden), Dead Raven Choir(Poland), Dialing In(USA), Gnaw Their Tongues(Netherlands), Immolation(USA), IXXI(Sweden), Lugubrum(Belgium), Necros Christos(Germany), Necrovation(Sweden), Throneum(Poland) and Vargr(Sweden), plus select reviews; (3) 7x7-inch black & white art prints; and an Oaken Throne limited edition t-shirt featuring Parry's MOSS illustration from issue #5 or David D'Andrea's cover illustrationfrom issue #6.

Oaken Throne #6, a 7x7-inch, perfect bound, 96-page zine featuring Oaken Throne's distinctive black and silver cover weds perfectly with Parry's 7x7-inch art prints , which are exclusive - never to be reproduced again - to this special package. The prints are housed in a resealable polybag and personally signed and hand- stamped by Parry. The t-shirts, American Apparel, are 100% cotton and come in sizes L & XL. Parry's MOSS t-shirt is grey and D'Andrea's t-shirt is olive green. The t-shirts will be randomly inserted to add further surprise to this beatifully-rendered package.

New poster available! This poster is for the High On Fire, Kylesa, Savagist show at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, Ga on October 30,2010. Silk screened on arches 140 lb. paper and then hand painted using watercolor, each one of these posters will be a 1 of 1 print and will be limited to 10. Each print is 10" x 16" and will sell for $20 each in the Sinister Illustration Etsy store. These are very limited and when they are gone, they are gone. Enjoy!

Very limited silk screened poster for Goatwhore, Graves Of Valor, Strong Intention, and Guzik show in Athens, Georgia August 2010. There are only 5 of these available at $20 each. Each poster is slightly different from the others. After the posters were screened, I hand drew some other details so that each poster is a 1 of 1, instead of being a series run. These are very rare. Once they are gone, they are gone forever, no repress. Keep an eye out for more limited prints coming soon!
